Your gums are telling you something — are you listening? 🦷

Daily brushing does more than keep your smile bright. It removes plaque buildup along the gumline, helping prevent inflammation, bleeding, and long-term gum disease. Just two minutes, twice a day, can make a real difference in your overall oral health.

At Purewell Cross Dental, we want every patient to feel confident in their smile — and it starts with the basics at home.

Have questions about your brushing routine? Reach out to us and let's talk! 😊

Hormonal shifts during puberty, pregnancy, or menopause don't just affect your body — they can seriously impact your gums too. 🦷

Rising hormone levels increase blood flow to gum tissue, making them more sensitive, swollen, and prone to bleeding. This is why gum issues often flare up during these life stages — even with a solid oral hygiene routine.

At Purewell Cross Dental, we help you stay ahead of these changes. If your gums feel different than usual, don't ignore it — book a check-up today!
