✨ Exciting News ✨

For a very limited time, we are pleased to announce that we are now able to accept NEW NHS patients. Appointments are extremely limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you are a new patient (not been seen at the practice previously) and would like to book an appointment, please carefully read the following instructions:

🗓️ Medical Forms – Friday 20th February Only
* You must attend the practice in person to collect and complete a medical form.
* Forms will be available only on Friday 20th February from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (closed between 1-2pm)
* Appointments cannot be booked until the completed form is returned in person to our reception team. Once booked they cannot be rescheduled due to the limited spaces.
* Forms cannot be emailed or posted – they must be filled out on the day and returned within the specified time to secure an appointment.
* All adults (18+) must complete their own form.

🚫 Important Notes
* We kindly ask for your patience when attending the practice, as we expect to be very busy. Our team will do their best to make the process smooth and efficient. Due to an extremely busy period in the practice, we will currently be unable to respond to emails or phone calls. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
* Abuse of any kind towards our staff will not be tolerated and will result in you being ineligible for booking an NHS appointment at our practice.
* Medical forms will only be given out on Friday and must be completed same day!
* We expect it to be very busy, so please bear in mind that you may need to queue outside for some time. Make sure you are prepared for the weather.

NHS PATIENTS UPDATE!!!
Unfortunately due to the very high demand of new patients who have been to complete medical forms today to book NHS exam appointments we have had to close our books for any further new patients for the time being.
Please keep an eye out as we will post updates in the future if we are able to start accepting new patients again.

Good News!!!!

For a very limited time we are able to accept NEW NHS patients.. We have very limited appointments available and these are offered on a first come first serve basis.

If you are a NEW patient and would like to book an appointment please come to the practice and complete a Medical History Form - this MUST be completed and handed to a receptionist by Friday 20th June.

Very limited appointments are available and these will be booked in the week commencing Monday 23rd June.

Adults over the age of 18 years must complete their own Medical Form. This must be done in the practice. We CANNOT send these online.
Our opening hours to complete the forms are between 8:30am and 13:00pm & 14:00pm and 17:00pm.
