We have made the decision to close the Practice on Monday 19th September to commemorate Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Practice will reopen on Tuesday 20th September.

- You must be over the age of 18
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
- You must have seen your general dentist in the past 6 to 12 months to ensure it is safe to commence your course of teeth whitening
- You must arrange your first appointment by the 31st December 2021
- You will require two appointments with an interval of 2 weeks - please arrange these by contacting our reception team on 01235 816486
- This course of whitening is external use only and will not change the shade of any crowns, veneers or bridges
