Today is National Receptionists Day!

You will see/hear these happy faces/voices on reception when you attend for your appointments or when they are helping you on the phone. We are truly lucky and blessed to have them in the team. Have a lovely day ladies 🥰

Today is National Hygienist and Therapist day where we celebrate and thank those wonderful people who work so hard to look after us!

Hannah first joined our team in July 2009 and quickly became a hard working and dedicated trainee nurse. She passed her examinations with flying colours and settled happily into the L*D family 💙

In her time with us we watched her get married to Adam (what a night! 🥂💃🕺), have two beautiful children, Matthew and Ellie and fulfil the family dream of owning a campervan and setting off on many adventures.

Her humour, unique (questionable) dancing style and donut fe**sh were only small parts of who she was and what she meant to us.

She spent her last days in Dorothy House in Winsley who took such amazing care of her and all her family. Donations in her memory have already reached an incredible amount which shows how much she meant to people. Dorothy House has a beautiful light installation called "Fireflies" which are nestled in the wooded areas visible to the hospice. Hannah could see these from her room and loved them. These lights can be dedicated to the life of someone special to shine brightly in their memory. All the money we have collected as her work family will go towards the wonderful care they provide as well keeping a light shining for her.

The practice will be closing at 12.30 on Friday 1 May to enable us to attend her service.

Hannah was a huge part of our close knit team and is already missed more than she will ever know. We will remember her always with love 💗

Roadrunner, Roadrunner!

Our supermad athlete Emma, is running the London Marathon Sunday 26 April. We're all incredibly proud of her endless commitment to her training in all weathers.
