POLITE NOTICE
As the coronavirus continues you will notice some changes at Blagreaves Dental Practice but we still are very much open.
Following recent advice we will be contacting patients who are at an increased risk of severe illness from Coronavirus (COVID-19) and rearranging their check ups for later in the year.
Information on this group can be found here:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-on-social-distancing-and-for-vulnerable-people/guidance-on-social-distancing-for-everyone-in-the-uk-and-protecting-older-people-and-vulnerable-adults
During this period we will not be offering certain treatments that generate an aerosol, e.g. scaling. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of your dental team. We will contact you to rebook if you already have these treatments in our diary.
In line with government guidelines around social distancing we are requesting all adult patients to kindly attend their appointments alone where possible (for example if you require assistance, you may bring a carer). We will also be asking families who attend their check ups to go into surgery with a maximum of two members at any one time.
An isolation area will be used to protect high-risk patients (such as the over 70s) if attendance is absolutely essential.
If you have developed a new persistent cough or a high temperature, please do not attend the practice and visit
