Please could all NHS patients who have been into The Hollies for a check up or treatment since the new dental contract started on 1/4/26 let us know their NHS number if they haven’t already .
Ideally can you email: [email protected]
with the number but if this is not possible can you please phone the practice .
We cannot send our dental claims off without this number so it is very important to the running of the practice and for the continuing provision of NHS dental care .

We are having a lot of problems with our new computer software that we have had to install to allow us to continue providing NHS care on the new NHS contract . This is causing the reception desk to be extremely busy and is putting our team under great pressure. Can you please bear with us during this transitional time .

Urgent update regarding new WG NHS Dental contract.
We now need patients to provide us with their NHS number.
Your NHS number can be found on prescriptions, hospital appointment letters, test results etc. Alternatively there is a "Find your NHS number" service available.
Also, if you have attended since April 1st and not provided us with your NHS number please contact us and give it ASAP so we can continue to provide NHS services going forward.
