From where we started to where we are now… the transformation is well underway! We’re excited to be adding two brand new surgeries to the practice, and it’s amazing to finally see everything coming together.

We’ve now got a roof, floors, walls, and the structure of the new surgeries taking shape 🙌 Still a little longer to go before the final reveal, but we’re getting closer every day.

Busy clinic days only work when the whole team moves together 🦷✨
Today was one of those full-on days where every room was busy, every clinician was focused, and every patient still received the care and attention they deserve. I spent the day checking in across the clinic, making sure everything was flowing smoothly, supporting the team, and keeping things running like clockwork.

Great dentistry is about more than treatments — it’s organisation, teamwork, communication, and making every patient feel looked after from start to finish 🙌
