It’s not always about Titanium 😉

I always judge a course by how many tweaks and changes i make following it - i’ve always been fairly happy with endo, but yesterday’s InciDental Ltd course with Chris O’Connor & Andrew Gemmell still has led to around 7 changes to my endo set up and protocols so i thought i’d spread the word

Soft tissue work doesn’t have to always be fancy, it just has to be effective 🙏🏻

Simple incision and apically repositioned flap here at exposure - arguably more work needed but a good start 🙏🏻

The exposed threads of the conelog progressive implants are now in bone, with the mineross and autogenous blend seemingly well integrated 👍🏻

* Round Two *

Following the last post - here we’re placing a Conelog Pro and then grafting autogenous bone on to the exposed implant surface before covering with the classic Auto/Xeno Blend 🤞🏻

A lot of graft, maybe even some soft tissue stuff to follow at review but we are getting there.

⏲️6 Months Cooking 🧑‍🍳

Significant defect here, so grafting before placement felt like the right approach in my hands

Mineross X Collagen here, along with Memlok RCM and the autotac system 🤞🏻

6 months later return to find an augmented ridge ready for an implant, but some additional augmentation still needed - more on this case to follow! 🙏🏻
