In July alone, we lost 16 hours of surgery time due to missed appointments and late cancellations that we were unable to fill.

To help us provide appointments for those who need them, we have introduced a new Failed to Attend & Short Notice Cancellation Policy.

Please give as much notice as possible if you can’t attend your appointment. You can read our full policy on our website🦷
