🦷 Why is interdental cleaning important?

Brushing cleans the surfaces of your teeth, but it doesn’t reach all the areas between your teeth.

That’s where interdental cleaning comes in! 🪥✨

Whether you prefer floss, interdental brushes or EasyPicks, cleaning between your teeth helps remove plaque and food debris that your toothbrush can’t reach.

Not sure which option is right for you? Ask your dentist or hygienist for advice at your next appointment. 💙

🦷 Why do my gums bleed?

Bleeding gums can be a sign that your gums need a little more attention. Plaque build-up, not cleaning between your teeth and gum inflammation can all contribute.

🪥 Brushing twice a day, cleaning between your teeth and regular hygiene appointments can help keep your gums healthy.

If your gums regularly bleed, don’t ignore it — speak to your dentist or hygienist. 💙
