“Somebody help me, I’ve been here for 3 days…” 😭

Meanwhile…

Get up. You work here. 😂

You look at the clock, thinking it must be nearly home time…

…and it’s been 20 minutes. 🫠

Anyone else know the feeling?

When the dentist and nurse have worked together for a little too long… 😂

At this point, they’re basically siblings. The bickering, the inside jokes, the arguments over absolutely nothing… all part of the job! 🦷🤣

You know you’ve got a good team when you can annoy each other all day and still work perfectly together!

A smile transformation that brings everything together! 🦷✨

This incredible before and after was completed by Dr Mo Casha, using a combination of clear aligners, teeth whitening and composite bonding to create a more balanced, brighter smile.

By combining treatments, we can address different aspects of the smile while keeping the result looking natural and tailored to the individual. 🤍

😁 HAPPY WORLD SMILE DAY! 😁

Today is all about celebrating one of our favourite things… SMILES! 🦷✨

Whether it’s a smile you’ve had for years, one you’re working towards, or simply giving someone a reason to smile today, we hope you’re sharing plenty of them! 💚

🪥 One thing you should NEVER do straight after brushing your teeth…

Rinse with water!

When you rinse immediately after brushing, you wash away the fluoride left behind by your toothpaste. Fluoride helps strengthen your enamel and protect your teeth against decay.

Instead, simply spit out the excess toothpaste and leave the fluoride to do its job. 🦷✨

It’s such a small change, but it can make a difference to your daily oral hygiene routine!

When you’re already 2 patients behind… and the nurse decides NOW is the perfect time to tell you a full story 😂

You’re trying to catch up, patients are waiting, the phone is ringing… and somehow the conversation has turned into a 10-minute chat about what happened at the weekend. 😭

Priorities, right? 👀

There’s nothing better than hearing that a patient has left feeling more confident about visiting the dentist. ❤️

This patient came to us for an extraction and was feeling particularly nervous about needles. Dr Dhanjal reassured them throughout the procedure and used numbing gel before the local anaesthetic to help make the experience as comfortable as possible.

They told us they were so pleased with how smoothly everything went and, most importantly, that they are no longer scared of the dentist! 🦷

Thank you so much for your kind words and recommendation. It means a lot to our whole team. ❤️

What happens when you leave the dental chair? 👀🦷

We get straight to work! 😂

The dental team cleans down the surgery, disinfects everything and makes sure the chair is fresh, clean and ready for the next patient.

Because while you’re off on your way, we’re already getting everything prepared for the next appointment! 🧼✨

POV: You’re preparing for your Netflix documentary debut… 🎬🍿

Then you remember you’re actually a dental nurse and you’ve been called for X-rays before you’ve even started! 😂🦷

Not quite the Hollywood treatment we were expecting…

Who else would love to see the behind the scenes of a day at the dental practice? 👀
