A refreshed smile with a combination of bridge and veneer treatment ✨

This before and after by Anastasia Saca shows how different treatments can be carefully combined to improve the overall appearance of a smile.

Using a bridge alongside veneers allowed Anastasia to restore and enhance the teeth while keeping the result harmonious and natural-looking.

Every smile is different, which is why treatment is carefully planned around the individual patient and their existing teeth.

One bad habit you need to break…

Skipping flossing! 🦷👀

Brushing is important, but flossing helps clean those areas your toothbrush can’t reach.

Make flossing part of your daily routine! 🪥

When your 4-year-old patient says “thank you Doctor”… but you’re actually the dental nurse 😭😂

Still taking the compliment though! 💃🦷

When there’s a medical emergency, but you’re just a dental girly… 🦷😂

Someone fainted and suddenly the dental nurse is expected to know exactly what to do… here, have some dental floss 😭

We may be dental professionals, but we’re definitely not prepared for everything!

🪥 Brushing your teeth twice a day is one of the simplest ways to protect your smile, but are you doing it consistently?

Brushing for two minutes, morning and night, can help:

🦷 Prevent cavities by removing plaque before it causes tooth decay.
🦷 Reduce your risk of gum disease by keeping harmful bacteria under control.
🦷 Keep your breath fresh so you can smile with confidence every day.

Good oral hygiene starts at home, but regular dental check ups are just as important to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
