Most of you will be aware that the practice had its CQC inspection in July. Everyone worked incredibly hard, and we are absolutely over the moon to say that we passed with flying colours! The words GOLD standard practice were mentioned 🎉👏

A huge thank you to every single member of the team for all your hard work, dedication and support. It really paid off, and this is a fantastic achievement for the whole practice.

There was, however, one criticism the inspectors pointed out… apparently, there was far too much pink in the practice! 💗😂 We’re not quite sure what we’re supposed to do with that feedback!

As a thank you for all our hard work, Helen treated us all to a day at Go Ape 🌳🧗‍♀️. It was intense, challenging and definitely pushed some of us out of our comfort zones, but we made it to the end as a team! 💪

Although, one member of staff was heard saying:

“I’d rather do the CQC inspection again than ever do that again!” 😂

Finally, a massive thank you to our lovely patients who were contacted before the inspection and kindly took the time to complete a feedback form. The feedback we received was absolutely amazing and meant so much to the whole team. ❤️

Corbridge Dental Practice had a very important patient this week! Miles, the Great North Air Ambulance Service Mascot! His teeth were gleaming!

As a Practice we are supporting this amazing charity and are asking kindly for donations.

This is in memory of John Browell who many of you will know. His wife Fiona, and their boys, along with many other close family and friends are taking part in the Great North Run this weekend as 'John's Flock' and we want to wish them the very best of luck ###
