I have been visiting the Dental surgery for various treatments over the past six months, and I am consistently impressed with the exceptional service provided by Jenny at reception. Jenny goes above and beyond in helping patients, ensuring that every visit is as smooth and comfortable as possible. Whenever I have felt anxious or had concerns, Jenny has always been there to offer immediate support. She responds to my emails promptly and often calls to discuss my worries, ensuring I feel reassured and understood. Her dedication to patient care is truly outstanding. Jenny's kind and caring nature shines through in all her interactions. She clearly values her patients and consistently goes the extra mile to assist them. The level of support and care she provides is remarkable, and it makes a significant difference in the overall experience at the surgery. Additionally, Pat has been incredibly friendly and always puts me at ease during treatments. He takes the time to explain in depth what procedures I am having, or need to have done, which helps me feel more informed and comfortable. Pat is very patient with the many questions I tend to ask, and always manages to make me smile with his sense of humour, helping me to relax. His professionalism and approachable manner make dental visits far less daunting, and I deeply appreciate the care and attention he provides.
