Join us this Friday for a FREE CPR and defibrillator awareness session as part of Restart a Heart Day.

Cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, anywhere and without warning. Learning a few simple skills could give someone the best possible chance of survival while waiting for emergency services to arrive.

Our friends from the East of England Ambulance Service will be on hand throughout the day to demonstrate CPR, show you how to use a defibrillator, and answer any questions you may have.

Whether you've never learned CPR before or just want a refresher, come along and give it a go. It only takes a few minutes to learn, but it could make a lifetime of difference to someone else.
