We have just discovered that anyone with an appointment at the moment as getting duplicate electronic forms to complete.

This has occurred as we have recently changed systems for these forms, but both systems have continued working.

We apologise for any confusion or hassle this has caused you. We only require one set of forms to be completed, so kindly delete any duplicates you may receive.

The issue should now be remedied but we are sorry if an odd one has still sneaked through!

During lockdown, our receptionist Celina grew some veggie plants from seeds. She is now beginning to harvest her crop! Well done Celina 🙂

We are now starting our second week back seeing patients. It was an interesting first week. We are really pleased to be back, and very happy that our new system of working has been going smoothly.
The current restrictions mean that it is slow going, as we only have 20 appointments available each week between all the dentists, for treatment slots.
We are hoping that this will be relaxed in the next few weeks, but until then we really appreciate your patience. We are sorry if we can not offer you an appointment as quickly or as conveniently as usual, but we aim to be back to our usual level of service as soon as we can.

We have been extremely busy preparing for our reopening on Monday, so today we are taking some time to ourselves to restore our balance for tomorrow.

We will be running a reduced service due to the Coronavirus restrictions, and attendance at the practice will be by appointment only.

Please give us a couple of days to settle in, but if you have been having any dental problems you have not previously reported to us, please let us know, so we can assess your needs.

Exciting day today! The first delivery of our enhanced PPE has just arrived.

We are expecting another 4 deliveries over the coming days, but this is a big step towards being able to offer you emergency dental care.

We were very happy to hear the surprise government announcement that we will be able to reopen again soon to help you with your dental needs.

During lockdown we having been working hard behind the scenes to adapt and update our protocols to keep our patients and our staff safe.

We are still waiting for the delivery of our PPE, as until now it has been correctly prioritised for hospital use. Currently, it is expected by mid June. We will keep you all informed about our reopening date, and we look forward to seeing you all soon!

Behind the scenes we have been relentlessly sourcing the PPE we will need to keep both you and our staff safe when we are allowed to reopen.

Our team have also taken up some new hobbies. These are veggie plants grown from seed by our receptionist Celina. Cabbage, onion & brocolli.
