Tooth movement is directed by each individual clear aligner, providing gentle pressure to straighten the teeth, moving the teeth approximately 0.02mm - 0.03mm with each new set.
Aligners are changed every 7-14 days depending on your personalised clear aligner journey, providing results within as little as 6 months.
Aligners are to be worn 22 hours per day, allowing breaks for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Aligners are not to be worn when consuming food or any liquids other than water.
