This girl was beautiful but did not like her teeth. They were uneven and did not show as much as she would like. Or the colour of her canines. She had a six tooth smile as the side teeth had collapsed in and the lateral incisors were shorter than the central incisors. This transformation could have been done with Invisalign, or porcelain veneers or just composite bonding. I’ll leave that for you to guess. I just waved a magic wand I think 🙂.

A case of using Invisalign Align Bleach and Composite Bonding to correct a deep crossbite. The patient didn’t want to have fixed braces, so this was one way to get to the end goal without them.

Another bonding case. This patient wanted his composite bonding to be redone so that the teeth were straighter, whiter and the smile was fuller. Multilayered Empress composite was used.

This was a case where the patient wanted Invisalign not fixed braces. Uprighting the root in the crossbite was never going to work so we decided to combine Invisalign and composite bonding to get this result which the patient was delighted with.

I like case as it has a beautiful story. Believe it or not this patient was treated with Invisalign. Not for the novice perhaps, but I’ve done a few. Anyway, she didn’t like her teeth and wanted to have them sorted. She lived in Poland and was working over here and had heard about Invisalign. The treatment worked out well and then I didn’t see her for about 18 months. She was back in London and came to see me and tell me her news. She was getting married 🙂. Sometimes we forget how a little tooth straightening can change lives and this remains one of my most satisfying cases.

Perfect looking teeth in just 3 months with no drilling. These worn and crooked teeth really lend themselves to a little ABB - Align, Bleach and Bond as we cosmetic dentists call it. I could have done veneers for the patient but this approach is far more holistic. No drilling! The results are more natural and better too, apart from being a fraction of the cost. This case was done with Invisalign, 6% hydrogen peroxide tooth whitening and composite bonding with Empress composite. Another nice day at the office 😀.

It’s a tested recipe. Start with some Invisalign, add a little whitening, then sprinkle some composite bonding.
