We are currently experiencing an extremely high volume of calls, especially during peak times. As a result, waiting times can reach up to 1 hour 30 minutes.

We completely understand that this can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience while our team works as quickly as possible to help everyone.

Our staff are doing their absolute best under pressure, so we kindly ask that all communication remains respectful 💙

We’d like to let our patients know that our phone lines are currently experiencing very high demand.

At busy times, it may take up to an hour to get through to a member of the team. We truly understand how frustrating this can be and sincerely appreciate your patience while waiting.
