📞 Practice Update 📞

Due to taking on new patients, we are currently experiencing a high volume of phone calls. We are in the process of having a third phone line installed to help manage demand, however at present we have two receptionists answering calls while also assisting patients in the practice.

Our phone system operates a queueing system and will inform you of your position in the queue. During peak times, waiting times can be up to an hour. Once you reach the front of the queue, the phone will continue to ring until a member of the team is able to answer.

Please be aware that our reception team are working extremely hard to manage this and help everyone as efficiently as possible. We kindly ask that patients remain patient and respectful during these busy periods.

Please also note that the only way to contact the practice is by phone. Emails are not monitored by our reception desk.
