As a dentist, I understand the pressure on both sides of lab work.
I know what it’s like in practice—tight schedules, demanding cases, and the stress that comes when communication isn’t clear. I also understand the lab side, where precision, planning, and time are critical. Primo Dental Lab was built to bridge that gap and make the workflow as seamless as possible for everyone involved.
We’ve been trading since 2020, and as demand has grown, so have we. We’ve recently doubled our workspace and expanded the team with a dedicated lab manager, a second experienced designer, and an additional ceramist—all to improve communication, consistency, and turnaround times.
Our goal is simple: reduce stress, improve predictability, and deliver results you can trust. When the lab and clinic work in sync, everything runs better—for clinicians, technicians, and most importantly, patients.
