We are an established NHS practice in Chester le Street providing all dental care from smile makeovers, implants to facial aesthetics We are an NHS based practice, however we also offer private and cosmetic treatments such as, invisalign, fillings, tooth whitening, cosmetic crown and bridge work. We are closed today, Monday 31st August, for the Bank Holiday.

We will reopen as normal tomorrow, Tuesday 1st September. 🦷

If you have a dental emergency while we’re closed, please contact NHS 111 for advice and assistance.

Alternatively, you can leave us a voicemail, and we’ll get back to you when we reopen tomorrow.

Bittersweet news from the clinic today! 🦷❤️

We are saying a very fond farewell to Dr. Ross as he sets off on a brand-new adventure.

Ross holds an extra-special place in our team—he actually completed his dental training right here with us, so watching him grow into the incredible dentist he is today has been a real privilege.

While we are going to miss his warm smile and top-tier patient care around the practice, we couldn't be prouder or happier for him as he takes this next big step.

Ross, thank you for all the hard work, laughs, and great memories. You will be hugely missed!

Last month July 2026, we had a high number of missed appointments. Therefore we lost valuable clinical time —time that could have been used to help other patients in need. Whether it be new patients who need an NHS dentist or those patients in pain who needed urgent dental care! 💔
We understand that life happens, but if you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Even a quick call can make a big difference by allowing us to offer that slot to someone else. 🙏
