It’s a fantastic addition to your hygiene appointment! Regular dental hygiene appointments are an important part of keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Even with great brushing and flossing at home, plaque and tartar can build up in areas that are difficult to reach, potentially leading to gum disease, bleeding gums and bad breath.

After nearly 5 years away from the dentist because of dental anxiety, this patient took the incredibly brave step of coming back. 🤍

✨ BRIGHTER, FRESHER EYES — WITHOUT LOOKING “DONE” ✨

The eye area is often one of the first places to show signs of ageing and tiredness — from fine, crepey skin and dark circles to hollowing beneath the eyes.

For this patient, we used a combination approach:

🧬 Polynucleotides around the eyes
Polynucleotides are a regenerative treatment designed to improve the quality of the delicate skin around the eyes. They support hydration, elasticity and collagen production, helping to:

✨ Brighten the eye area
✨ Improve the appearance of dark circles
✨ Soften fine lines and crepey skin
✨ Improve hydration and skin quality
✨ Create a fresher, more rested appearance

Unlike filler, polynucleotides don’t simply add volume — they work gradually to improve the quality and appearance of the skin itself.

💧 Teoxane Redensity 2 tear trough filler
We then carefully treated the tear trough with Redensity 2 to soften under-eye hollowing and create a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and cheek.

Redensity 2 is specifically formulated for the delicate under-eye area, allowing for subtle and precise correction while maintaining a completely natural appearance.

The result? Brighter, smoother, fresher-looking eyes without looking overfilled or “done”. 🤍

Not every patient with under-eye concerns needs filler, which is why a full facial assessment is so important. Sometimes improving skin quality is enough; for others, combining regenerative treatments with carefully placed filler can achieve a more complete result.

This lovely patient travels all the way from Dubai to see Dr Claire Holly Wilkinson at The Courtyard Clinic — and what a transformation!

We combined Enlighten tooth whitening with DMG ICON white spot removal to brighten the smile and significantly reduce the appearance of the white enamel spots on the front teeth.

DMG ICON is one of my favourite treatments for suitable white spot lesions because it is minimally invasive, requires no drilling and preserves healthy tooth structure.

The result? A brighter, more even and beautifully natural smile 🤍
