🦷 Knights Dental is looking for a new Business Manager.

NHS dentistry in Wales may look slightly distorted right now… 🌀🌈 but our vision for its future is crystal clear. 🔍

We’re a growing, independently owned group of ten dental practices across South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿and we need an exceptional operational leader to help shape what comes next. 🚀

You’ll work closely with our senior team and practice managers to:

📈 Strengthen performance across our practices
🤝 Support and develop managers and their teams
⚙️ Improve systems, consistency and patient experience
💡 Help deliver new projects and service developments
🎯 Turn ambitious ideas into measurable results

We’re looking for someone who sees both the bigger picture 🌍 and the finer details 🔎.

You’ll be practical, commercially aware, comfortable managing change and most importantly able to engage, support and inspire the people around you. 🙌

If you’re looking for business as usual, look away now. 👋

If you want to play an important role in the future of a growing Welsh dental group, we’d love to hear from you. 💙🦷

We’re excellent at dentistry.

Marketing? The evidence speaks for itself… 😬

Knights Dental is looking for someone to rescue our content and become our new:

📣 MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

You’ll lead marketing across our growing group of ten dental practices, bringing better ideas, better content and considerably better graphic design skills than those demonstrated above.

✅ Full-time, permanent
💰 £30,000–£40,000 per annum
📍 Based in Cardiff, with travel across South Wales

If you can turn good ideas into engaging content, build a strong brand and produce graphics that don’t look like they were created between patients, we would love to hear from you.

Apply with your CV, a short covering statement and examples of your work:
