Yesterday I got to tick a huge item off my bucket list by attending the Wimbledon men’s final. 🎾 What an incredible match between two phenomenal players.

Watching their talent, discipline, resilience and years of dedication was truly inspiring. It was a reminder that success, whether in sport or business, is built on consistent hard work, sacrifice and showing up every single day. There’s so much we can all take from that.

I absolutely loved every moment at Wimbledon and hope I’m lucky enough to experience it again one day.

But as amazing as the tennis was, the real highlight was spending the day with my mum 🥰 She deserved the break, and sharing such a special experience together made it unforgettable.

Some memories really do last a lifetime.

Yesterday was incredible…

I’m going to be honest I was really nervous going into this. I hadn’t realised how attached I was to my hair. I’ve had long hair as long as I can remember. I’m so glad I went through with this though, and I’m really loving my new look.

I’m absolutely in awe of my incredible daughter, Aariya. At 11 years old, this is her third donation to the little princess trust in four years. She was so excited about having a haircut and short again. She’s now already planning for her next donation in two years time!

Trying out the toothbrush…

I’m always interested in new products that aim to make oral care more effective and more sustainable, so I thought I’d give the SURI toothbrush a try.

First impressions? A sleek design, powerful clean, and a focus on reducing environmental impact, which is great to see in the dental space.

I’ll share more thoughts once I’ve used it for a little while, but it’s always exciting to see innovation in everyday oral care.

A little announcement from me…

On April 10th, my daughter and I will be cutting our hair and donating it to support the incredible work of

This wonderful charity provides real-hair wigs to children who have lost their hair due to cancer or other medical conditions, helping them regain confidence during an incredibly difficult time.

Alongside donating our hair, we’re also raising money to help fund the wigs themselves, because turning donated hair into a wig costs hundreds of pounds. Every donation, big or small, truly makes a difference.

Over the weekend, I attended Revive in London, an incredible event run by the Dental Mum’s Network.

It was such a refreshing day filled with insightful talks, honest conversations, and a brilliant community of women who get it. So grateful to be part of a network that supports, uplifts, and empowers mums in dentistry, both professionally and personally.
