Easter can be challenging for your teeth, with egg-shaped chocolate lurking around every corner🐣 . . We’ve got a few tips to minimise damage and prevent tooth decay once you’ve enjoyed your sweet treats! 1- Brush your teeth at least twice a day and make sure you get in between your teeth with floss or interdental brushes. 2-After you’ve eaten anything sweet, give your enamel 30minutes to reharden before brushing! 3- Drink plenty of water, this will help wash away food debris and bacteria. 4- Book in for your routine check-ups with your dentist to make sure you have optimal oral health.

Everyone at The Smiles Studio is saddened by the passing of HM Queen Elizabeth II. Her Majesty The Queen gave remarkable service to the United Kingdom and Commonwealth over her reign, and we join with the rest of the world in mourning her passing. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this moment in time.

It has now been announced that the funeral for Her Majesty The Queen will take place on Monday 19th September 2022 and has been declared as a bank holiday. Due to the funeral, both our practices in Chandlers Ford and Lymington will be closed on Monday. We are currently in the process of contacting all patients who are booked in on Monday to reschedule. If you have and queries please contact your practice.
