✨ Invisalign Carlisle | Smile Transformation ✨

Our lovely patient here came to us concerned about crowding of the upper front teeth and one front tooth that had turned out of position. They also had a gap between their upper and lower front teeth when biting together.

Their treatment included:

From chipped and worn to balanced and beautifully natural. ✨

This smile transformation was achieved with Invisalign, professional whitening and enamel contouring.

Years of everyday wear had left the front teeth with chipped, uneven edges, which can be a common result of teeth grinding (bruxism), clenching, acidic erosion and simply years of use. Even after the teeth are straightened, these subtle imperfections can stop a smile from looking its best.

Using fine polishing discs, we carefully refined the natural enamel to smooth the worn edges, improve symmetry and create a softer, more youthful smile ✨

With some new faces on the reception desk and a couple of familiar faces currently on maternity leave, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to introduce the team and let you know who you can expect to see when you visit the practice.

From top left going clockwise:

🪷 Charlotte
The newest member of our team! Charlotte works full-time on reception while Melissa and Kelzey are on maternity leave. Her attention to detail, thorough approach and genuine interest in people have made her a wonderful addition to the team.

🪷 Sarah
Sarah works with us 3-4 days each week. Her relaxed nature, helpful attitude and great sense of humour make her a pleasure to work with. She's always happy to stop for a chat when time allows and enjoys getting to know our patients.

🪷 Jessica
Jessica is our Marketing Coordinator and currently spends 1 day each week on reception. Whether she's working behind the scenes or helping front of house, she's always looking for ways to improve the patient experience.

✨ Sometimes the finishing touches make all the difference ✨

This patient's smile journey began with Invisalign to align the teeth and create a healthier, more balanced foundation.

Once alignment was complete, the patient felt the upper lateral incisors could be enhanced to create a smoother, more even smile line. Following a course of whitening, Richard used Composite Bonding to carefully build up these teeth and achieve the final result.

The outcome is a naturally beautiful smile with improved proportions, a brighter appearance, and a smile line the patient loves.

Subtle Smile Transformation 🦷✨ Cosmetic Bonding with Dr Richard Hellen

Our lovely patient’s smile was enhanced with subtle, natural-looking changes to create a more balanced and harmonious result.

Richard carried out gentle contouring on the two front teeth to smooth out small chips and improve the smile line. 💫 Contouring is a simple treatment where tiny amounts of enamel are carefully refined to enhance the shape of the teeth while keeping the smile completely natural.

Edge bonding was also carried out on a few of the surrounding upper teeth to carefully build up the edges, improving the symmetry and overall balance of the smile.
