Looking to start a rewarding career in dentistry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our friendly team, working across our practices in Cardiff City Centre and Bute Street.

✨ We welcome applications from:
✔️ Candidates eligible for the fully funded Government Apprenticeship Programme
✔️ Self-funding trainees already enrolled with an accredited dental nursing training provider

Requirements:
✅ GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent)

✅ Eligible to work in the UK

Hywel Samuel and Associates is looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse to join our growing team.

We will also consider an Experienced Trainee Dental Nurse who is currently working towards their qualification and has at least 1 year of chairside dental nursing experience.

• Is GDC registered (or an experienced trainee currently enrolled on a recognised dental nursing course)
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Is flexible and willing to work across both practice locations
• Can work Wednesdays and Thursdays

Rebecca graduated from Cardiff University in 2016 and has built a wealth of experience across hospital, community, and general dental settings. Early in her career, she worked closely with anxious children, helping create positive and supportive dental experiences.

She later joined the Oral and Maxillofacial team at St George’s Hospital in London, where she gained valuable experience assisting with complex surgical procedures and emergency care.

Rebecca is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow (MFDS) and has also completed advanced training in botulinum toxin treatments. Since joining Carshalton Park in 2019, she has built a strong reputation for her calm, patient-focused approach and commitment to high-quality care.

Passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles, Rebecca particularly enjoys Invisalign and cosmetic treatments including teeth whitening and teeth straightening. She takes pride in creating a relaxed and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of dentistry, Rebecca loves spending time outdoors with her family, travelling, baking, staying active, and discovering new places to eat with her husband and friends.
