Owned and led by practising dentists, the group has strong family values and comprises three established practices across South Wales.
Working directly with the owners, you will:

-Lead operations across all three practices.
-Support the transition to the new Welsh NHS dental contract.
-Develop practice managers and their teams.
-Improve performance, diary efficiency and chair utilisation.
-Standardise compliance, systems and reporting.
-Support recruitment and future practice integrations.

We are seeking an experienced dental practice manager with strong Wales NHS DENTAL knowledge, commercial awareness and excellent people-leadership skills.
Multi-site experience would be advantageous, but we also welcome accomplished practice managers ready to take their next career step.
🚗 Regular travel between practices is required.
