This patient wasn't happy with how far forward their teeth sat. Som fixed it without removing a single tooth. 👀

Today Som is talking through a really interesting case, a patient who came to us unhappy with their overjet. That's when the upper front teeth sit too far forward, which can affect both the appearance of the smile and how confident someone feels about it.

The patient wanted to reduce it. So Som got to work on a completely customised treatment plan.

The key thing with this case? It was a non extraction case, meaning we didn't need to remove any teeth at all. Using Invisalign clear aligners, Som was able to carefully and gradually reduce the overjet and bring everything into a much more balanced, comfortable position.
