NEO ORTHODONTICS IS OPEN AS USUAL
On Saturday 31st October 2020 the Prime Minister announced a second national lockdown in England due to the rising cases of Covid-19.
Please be assured that our orthodontic practices remain open as normal. All scheduled appointments will still be going ahead as planned. We have all of the necessary personal protection equipment (PPE) and protocols in place to ensure that our patients and staff are kept safe and protected.
You must not attend the practice if you have coronavirus symptoms:
- a high temperature
- a new, continuous cough
- a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste
In addition please follow all Government guidelines with regards to self isolating should you live with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 or you have been advised to do so by the NHS track and trace team.
Attending the practice
- on arrival you will be asked to wait outside of the practice and adhere to the social distancing measures in place.
- a staff member will then take your temperature. If this is above 37.8C you will be advised to rebook your appointment
- you will be required to use hand sanitiser on entering and when leaving the practice.
- please make sure you are wearing a face covering at all times - only remove your face covering when requested to by one of the team.
- wherever possible only the patient should attend the appointment. However, in any case only a maximum of one accompanying person can be permitted with the patient if necessary.
