Dental Monitoring makes it easier to stay connected with your orthodontist throughout your smile journey - without always needing to visit the practice.

Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ At an in-person appointment, your orthodontist will provide you with instructions on how to use the ScanBox and the DM app.

2️⃣ Next, you’ll take photos of your smile from anywhere using the ScanBox and send them in through the app.

3️⃣ Your orthodontist will receive your photos to review your treatment and ensure it’s on track without the need for unnecessary trips to the office. The doctor will send communication and guidance on your treatment via the app.

4️⃣ Over time, you can monitor the progress of your treatment with our photo time lapse technology that shows you how your teeth are moving towards your goal.

Did you know that Cambridge Orthodontic Practice is an NHS orthodontic partner?

For children who qualify for NHS orthodontic treatment, braces will be fitted at the first available appointment, subject to the current NHS waiting list and appointment availability under our NHS contract.

For NHS treatment we use traditional metal braces and appointment times are limited and treatment is subject to the NHS waiting list and available appointments.

If you're looking to start treatment without waiting for an NHS appointment or your child prefers more aesthetic braces and flexible appointment times, you're also welcome to talk to us about our private treatment options.

Due to our Screening Day on Tuesday, 15 July, our practice car park will be closed to all visitors. Car park will be open to Blue Badge holders only.

If you're visiting us on the day, please use one of the following alternative parking options:
🚗 On-street parking in the surrounding roads (where permitted).
🚗 Parking at Addenbrooke's Hospital, followed by a short 10-minute walk to our practice.

We kindly ask that you allow a little extra time for your journey to ensure you arrive for your appointment on time.
