🦷Dental Nurse:

We’re looking for a GDC-registered Dental Nurse who is enthusiastic, reliable and enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit team

⭐ 30 hours per week – Monday to Friday
⭐️£13.50-£15 ph depending on experience
⭐ 7 weeks annual leave including Bank Holidays, pro rata
⭐️2 weeks paid sick leave, pro rata
⭐️GDC registration fee paid
⭐️Practice indemnity provided
⭐️Company pension
⭐️Training, CPD & career development opportunities
⭐️Full uniform provided
⭐️Monday–Friday – no weekends!

🪽Lead Dental Nurse:

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly and forward-thinking team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing lead nurse or experienced dental nurse ready to take the next step into a leadership role, combining hands-on clinical nursing with supporting and coordinating the nursing team.

What we offer:
✨ Salary £33,072 – £35,821 per year
✨ 7 weeks annual leave including Bank Holidays, pro rata
✨ 2 weeks paid sick leave, pro rata
✨ GDC registration fee paid
✨ Practice indemnity provided

Let's be honest, the struggle is real balancing work, life, families...here's how our team reset after a busy day or week.

Stress is part of everyday life, but the way we manage it can make a big difference. Not just to how we feel but to our oral health and our smile.

Things like teeth grinding, jaw tension and even gum issues can be linked to stress.

From getting out into nature, sky diving, show jumping, to getting lost in a book and trips to the theatre, (we have an active bunch!) find something that makes you smile and relax.

Stress can show up anywhere in the body and one place we often see it is in your mouth. 👄

Things like jaw tension, headaches, sensitive teeth or changes in your gums can all be linked to stress. It’s not always something people realise straight away.

And for some, even the thought of visiting the dentist can feel stressful too. If that sounds like you, you’re definitely not alone.

That’s why we take things at your pace. We focus on making your visits feel as calm, and comfortable as possible and we promise, we’re not scary!

For years, our patient had been thinking about straightening their teeth.

But like a lot of people, they assumed it would take a long time, so they kept putting it off.

When they decided to finally start, they couldn't believe the results!

We used Spark Clear Aligners to gradually straighten their teeth, followed by whitening and a small amount of composite bonding to refine the final result.

What really stood out to our patient wasn't just how FAB their smile smile looked but how straightforward and manageable the whole process felt.

Now, they love their smile. 😍

There’s a lot of advice out there when it comes to looking after your oral health.

For World Oral Health Day, we’re clearing up a few common myths you might have heard 👇

🦷 “If your gums bleed, stop brushing.”
Bleeding gums are often a sign they need more care, not less.

🦷 “Brushing harder cleans better.”
Brushing too hard can damage enamel and irritate your gums. Gentle is always best.

🦷 “Rinse after brushing.”
Rinsing washes away fluoride. Spitting helps keep fluoride on your teeth, where it protects your enamel.

🦷 “Mouthwash does the job on its own.”
It helps, but it doesn’t replace brushing and flossing.
