Another happy patient beginning their ortho journey tonight. This case is a little tricky because the upper right canine hasn’t erupted as expected for the age of the patient and will need some encouragement to bring it down into line with the other teeth. The lateral incisor on the left is also rotated 90 degrees and I have used a force couple to begin de-rotation before we can attach it to the wire at a later stage.

A very challenging case from earlier in the week! This lovely patient was unhappy with the previous composite veneer which had been placed on the upper left central incisor at another clinic. Achieving just the right combination of shade and texture to match the natural teeth and the adjacent crown on the upper right central was no easy task and we worked well into the evening to achieve this great result. Safe to say our patient was delighted with the outcome!

Following an initial short course of tooth alignment using invisible braces, four veneers and six ceramic crowns were placed to rejuvenate her smile whilst still maintaining an age-appropriate, natural look.

This patient was extremely self conscious of her cracked front tooth and unsightly, ageing crown. She wanted to rejuvenate her smile but was keen to ensure her teeth looked as natural as possible at the same time.

We opted for a simple treatment plan in which the crown would be replaced and the cracked tooth restored with a porcelain veneer. After careful planning and the unbelievable skill of our world class ceramist, we achieved this amazing result which the patient was over the moon with.

This young patient came to see me after falling and fracturing her upper incisors. After carefully considering all the options we decided to re-build the teeth using layers of tooth coloured resin, precisely sculpted and contoured to give a stunning result! We even managed to disguise the slight natural crowding of the teeth to give them a straighter appearance.
