We’re launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice in Monmouth 🏥 and are looking for a Head Dental Nurse to help shape and lead our team from day one.

As our Head Dental Nurse, you’ll be at the heart of the practice—

🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead, mentor & support the nursing team
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations
✅ Maintain top-tier cross-infection control & compliance 🧼
✅ Assist with complex procedures chairside
✅ Manage stock, ordering & equipment 🦷
✅ Coordinate rotas & support recruitment 👥
✅ Drive training, engagement & development 📈
👀 What We’re Looking For
✔️ GDC-registered Dental Nurse
✔️ Senior experience (or ready to step up!)
✔️ Strong leadership & organisation skills
✔️ Excellent communication & proactive mindset 💬
✔️ Passion for patient care ❤️
✔️ Knowledge of CQC standards & compliance
