Keep your smile bright by caring for your dentures correctly 🦷🪥
- clean your dentures as often as you would normally clean your teeth (at least twice a day! Every morning and night)
- brush your dentures with non- abrasive denture cleaner (not toothpaste) to remove any bits of food, do not scrub them too hard.
- soak your dentures every day in a denture cleaning solution to remove stains and bacteria.
- remove your dentures every night to let the soft tissues breathe!

Did you know?
- A cheesy pancake can protect your enamel on your teeth!!🦷

Here are some tips to enjoy your pancakes but still protect your smile:
- Rinse your mouth out with water after any sugary toppings such as lemon and sugar, be careful with the syrup as you don’t want to find yourself in a sticky situation!🥞
- Wait before you brush! Leave a 30 minute gap after anything acidic before brushing to protect your enamel.
-Pancakes like to get stuck in between your teeth so make sure you use your floss and interdental brushes.
