The Redland Road Dental Practice is seeking a conscientious, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Nurse to join our friendly, professional team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dentist with a special interest in TMJD and occlusal therapy, supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care in both a clinical and administrative capacity. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the surgery whilst providing an excellent experience for our patients.

In addition to chairside nursing and administrative support, the role will include some sessions within the decontamination room and occasional reception cover as required.

Thank you to the brilliant Sarah from First Response medical emergencies training. Sarah was with us over two days, making sure our skills and knowledge are up-to-date.

Thank you also to our medical emergencies lead, Claire, for organising everything - it's no mean feat!😊

Dr Uma Nair Davies, providing General, Cosmetic Dentistry & Facial Aesthetics.

I have been in general dental practice in Bristol since 1996 and joined the Redland Road Team in 2011.

I provide cosmetic orthodontic treatment with clear braces, achieving Platinum Status for the number of Smilelign cases I've completed. I also have many years of experience in facial aesthetics to soften wrinkles and frown lines subtly and effectively, using dermal fillers, botulinum toxin and skin boosters.

It gives me great pleasure to improve patients' smiles and confidence 😊

As 2023 draws to an end, we are looking forward to 2024, our centenary year!
Norman H Simmonds qualified as a dentist in July 1924 and shortly after started practicing from 89a Redland Road. The phone number in 1925 was 1070 and 100 years later still ends 070.

Merry Xmas and a very happy new year to all our patients and everyone that knows us 🎄🌟🎄
