We are having problems with our landline and so you may find when you call that you seem to be on hold endlessly or it says the practice is closed when it is not. We are working to get it fixed but it’s taking time. If you are a patient of ours and need an urgent appointment please send a text message with your full name to our practice manager on 07950957725 who will be in contact. If you want to book a regular appointment or for a treatment our Dentist has diagnosed and would prefer to email to request an appointment please do so to [email protected]

There are a lot of changes occurring at the Dental practice and our current patients will be informed individually of these either in person or by email.

Our receptionist is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays to take calls between 9am to 6pm each day.
Our reception is temporarily closed on Mondays and Fridays but if you have a Dental emergency please follow the below instructions:
If you are a Private or Denplan patient of ours please call 01424 730500 for assistance between 9am and 5pm. If you call after this time please follow the instructions on the practice answer phone.
If you are an NHS patient in pain please call 03000 242 548 after 5.30pm on weekdays or after 9am on weekends.
Alternatively, if you can wait until our reception reopens please call to book an appointment then.

As we are still in the Covid-19 crisis we will only being seeing emergency patients from 8th June 2020. These appointments will be by a pre-booked appointment only and you must telephone the practice in order to make this appointment.
Please do not attend the practice without an appointment as you will be turned away due to social distancing rules and asked to telephone the practice.
Once we can return to routine dentistry we will let our patients know.
If you are in pain and need to see the dentist please call the practice on 01273 779377 and our receptionist will give you further information on how to obtain an appointment.
We Thankyou for your understanding in these uncertain times and hope our patients are keeping safe.

Due to the issues surrounding COVID-19 we are no longer able to see patients for general/routine dentistry and can only provide an emergency telephone service. If you have toothache that cannot be controlled by painkillers please call the practice to be given further information. We are hoping to be back open soon and will post updates as and when we get them from NHS. Please everyone stay safe and don’t go out unless absolutely necessary. All the best from the practice team.
