So, a bit more nature from outside my back surgery door. Our lovely gardener found a grub in the pots. Twitter advised that it was a pupating beetle grub so Sarah Parker decided to put it in own pot for the weekend. It wasn’t there this morning, but instead we found the hatched beetle. A lovely rose chafer beetle - with a wonderful reflective shiny green coat. It’s amazing what is on your doorstep! Look at the grip pincers on its feet!

All of us at Surrenden Dental Practice feel a deep sense of loss and sadness at the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
As the country is led into mourning and finds a
way to pay their respects to our Queen, we have
made the decision to close our Practice for the
day on Monday 19th September to allow our
staff to pay their respects.
