The mouth is made up of 4 quadrants:

1. UPPER RIGHT
2. UPPER LEFT
3. LOWER LEFT
4. LOWER RIGHT.

If you focus brushing in each quadrant for a minimum of 30 seconds, you will find you have brushed for the minimum requirement of 2 minutes altogether.

Thank you to everyone who has entered our competition to win teeth whitening with all proceedings going to the charity Dentaid. Well done to Sonja Cornwall for winning the competition and to Emily Cannon for winning our runners up prize of £10 love2shop vouchers. The competition helped raise £103, bringing the total to £1,959!
