🦷 TIP OF THE DAY: Bleeding gums are NOT normal! 🩸

If your gums bleed when you brush or floss, it’s often a sign that something needs attention commonly plaque build up and early gum inflammation.

Don’t stop brushing because your gums are bleeding! 🪥 Keeping your teeth and gumline clean is important, but persistent bleeding shouldn’t be ignored.

✨ Healthy gums shouldn’t regularly bleed.

If you’ve noticed bleeding gums, book an appointment so we can help find the cause and get your gums back to health. 💚

🚭 We are proud to support STOPTOBER! 🦷✨

Quitting smoking isn’t just good for your lungs it can make a big difference to your teeth, gums and overall oral health too.

Smoking can increase your risk of:

🦷 Tooth loss
😬 Bad breath and staining
⚠️ Delayed healing after dental treatment

The good news? It’s never too late to quit.
