We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team in Bridge of Earn. This role is vital in delivering excellent patient service and supporting our practice’s smooth operation. The successful candidate will be based in Bridge of Earn and will play a key part in maintaining our friendly, professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities:

●Greet patients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
●Handle patient inquiries and liaise with colleagues.
●Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks.
●Support the clinical team with administrative duties as needed.
●Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized.
●Assist with billing and taking payments..
●Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff.
●Uphold confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

●All training provided.
●Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
●Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
●Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
●Friendly, professional manner with a caring patient-focused attitude.
●Ability to work well within a supportive team.
●Prior experience working in a family-owned practice is advantageous.
