Be honest… is it every 3 months, or are you still using the one that’s been through several life events with you? 😅

Dentists recommend changing your toothbrush every 3 months. Why?

🦷 The bristles become worn and less effective at cleaning your teeth
🦷 Old brushes can harbour bacteria
🦷 Frayed bristles don’t clean along the gumline properly

A good tip: Change your toothbrush with the seasons – spring, summer, autumn, winter. If the bristles start looking like they’ve had a stressful week… it’s definitely time.

Your toothbrush works hard twice a day – give it a well-deserved retirement every 3 months! 🪥

Our clinicians are the friendly faces who look after our patients every day across both of our sites. From routine check-ups to helping nervous patients feel at ease, they’re here to make sure every visit is as comfortable as possible.

And of course, we can’t forget two of our most popular team members…

🐶 Toffee – our therapy dog who specialises in calming nerves and collecting extra fuss

🐱 Molly – our therapy cat who keeps a close eye on everything happening in the practice
