We hope you are keeping safe and well.
This email is to inform you of my tentative paternity leave dates, closure of practice during this time and the alternative arrangements that have been made.
My wife Rupa is due to give birth around the 17th of August, my tentative leave dates will be from Monday 16th August until Tuesday 31stAugust 2021 inclusive. We have decided to close the practice during this period.
These dates may be subject to change, but please rest assured we will contact you via telephone and text if we need to reschedule your appointment.
I have made alternative arrangements with Laurel Cottage Dental Practice to assess and treat our patients in the case of an emergency. Please note an emergency is classed as the following: severe pain, trauma to mouth/teeth, swelling or signs of infection.
If you do need urgent care, please leave a message via telephone or email and I will aim to contact you within 4 hours to discuss your problem. I can then refer you to Laurel Cottage for a face-to-face urgent appointment should you require one.
Please contact the practice on my return to book in routine check-ups or send us an email.
If you call, please do listen to the voicemail which will provide the exact dates of my leave.
