A fantastic day trip to Leeds for Karen, Sarah, Courtney, Bryony, and Louise as they attended a course focused on practice management.

The training day was hosted by guest speaker Lucy Horton and forms part of an ongoing series of professional development sessions our team will be undertaking over the coming months.

Role: Practice Manager & Mental Health First Aider
Superpower: Keeping chaos calm and diaries zoned
Pet Hate: phone ringing more than 3 times!
Fun Fact: I’m very expressive, my eyebrows tend to react before I do.

I love supporting the team as Practice Manager. I enjoy keeping things organised and running smoothly. I also support the team as a Mental Health First Aider, so I’m always here with a friendly ear for anything work or wellbeing related.
Outside of work you’ll find me laughing with family, friends, and my tiny but very mighty rescue chihuahua.

A fantastic afternoon spent refreshing and strengthening our customer service skills with Lewis Deakin from in2action.

We’re always looking for ways to improve the patient experience, and this session gave our team valuable insights, practical tools, and fresh ideas to continue delivering the highest standard of care.

A big thank you to Lewis for such an engaging and informative training session.

I am eager to advance my knowledge within dentistry and hopefully to return to university to advance my qualification level.

Outside of work I love reading, trying new activities, going on adventures and spending time with my fiancé.

Our team will be off site, so if you do have a dental emergency please give the practice a call and follow the instructions on our answerphone message.

This year marks 10 years since qualifying from Leeds as a dental therapist! Outside of work I love to collect animals much to my partners disgust. I’m also a mummy to Ada & Elsie who keep me busy.
