Are you missing one of the most important areas when you brush? 👀

Brushing your teeth twice a day is very important however, your toothbrush can't always reach between your teeth. This is where interdental brushes come in!

Our hygenists Andrea and Aleena recommend using TePe interdental brushes daily to help keep your gums healthy. 😁

Getting the right size brush can be a bit tricky, so ask your hygenist at your next visit what size is best for you. Whilst you're here, grab a bag from reception and start collecting stamps on our TePe stamp card 🎉

We are so excited to introduce Aleena Fiaz, our new dental therapist to you all!

She has been working at the practice for nearly 2 months now and has been a joy to have! 😃

Aleena is a qualified dental therapist, which means as well as carrying out your routine dental hygiene care, she is also able to carry out a few other treatments such as composite fillings or prescribing your teeth whitening gels.

You can find Aleena at the practice every Wednesday and Thursday, and we can't wait for you all to meet her. 🫶🏽

💧 Rinse with water after drinking your tea or coffee
🪥 Brush twice daily to prevent plaque buildup
⏲️ Drink all your tea or coffee in one go, try to prevent sipping throughout the day
🦷 Keep up with your regular professional hygenie appointments where we can remove surface stains!
