IT'S TIME TO TALK NO SHOWS.

We just want to point out and make clear how our policy works in terms of patient's failing to attend their appointment's.

As many of you are aware there is a national crisis within NHS Dentistry. Our Practice in particular has spent the last year recovering from the Covid pandemic and are doing our very best to ensure our patient's still receive the quality of care they deserve.

We are currently a full time Dentist short due to our lovely Mr Ripley retiring at the end of March. We are still yet to replace him and as you can imagine we are having difficulties with our appointment wait times.

This is why it is so important that you attend your appointment or give at least 24hours notice where possible.
If you fail to attend 2 appointments in a 12 month period - you will removed from your NHS Dentist's list and will no longer be able to attend the Practice for NHS appointments.

We have many patients desperately waiting to be treated so giving us cancellation notice will allow us to treat them sooner.

LAST WEEK WE HAD 13 PATIENTS FAIL THEIR APPOINTMENTS -AMOUNTING TO NEARLY 5 HOURS OF WASTED TIME!

In light of this, we'd also like to thank our patient's for being so patient with us during this time.
