Don’t forget today is a bank holiday meaning our practice will not be open until tomorrow when normal operating hours will resume.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but due to the planned rioting in the area, we felt it safer to our staff and patients to close for the day and keep everyone safe.

!!POLICY UPDATE!!

Due to the high demand of dental treatment, it is essential we manage our day as efficiently as possible.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24hr notice, otherwise it will go down as an Failed To Attend appointment.

Moving forwards, patients who Fail To Attend appointments will be refused future appointments and will be asked to seek alternative dental care elsewhere.

Where possible, we try to call all of our patients who have an appointment to confirm the day and time. This however, is not a mandatory requirement. We do it out of courtesy to our patients so we ask that you do not rely on that phone call.
We also send out email reminders - however, this is only possible when details are accurate and up to date. If you change your contact details, please don't forget to get in touch with the practice and update them with us so we can remain in contact.
