In line with the rest of the NHS, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy against violence, aggression or threatening behaviour directed at staff or patients within the Practice. This is to safeguard our staff, patients and others. Our staff continue to receive aggressive and derogatory comments on a daily basis. This can be upsetting for them and lower staff morale.

Your dental health is important to us and we understand that it can be a stressful time when undergoing treatment.
This does not, however, excuse any form of aggression or intimidation towards our staff.

If a patient is deemed to have acted in an unsatisfactory manner, we may as a Practice exercise our right to remove the patient from our patient list.

Our Practice Staff have the right to come to work and care for others without the fear of being abused. Most people respect this and we thank you for being one of them.

🚧ROADWORKS🚧

To all patients of the practice, there are currently roadworks on North Street which will be taking place until Monday the 31st of August.

This means there is no access to parking directly out front of the practice so please leave enough time to account for parking elsewhere. If you require any assistance or have difficultly making your way around to the front entrance of the practice, please give us a call on 01506 824231 and we will be happy to let you enter through the entrance at the back of the building.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a trainee dental nurse to join our team. We are a busy mixed NHS/Private practice in the centre of Bo’ness. This is an apprentice role, and full in-house and college training will be provided. The applicant must be friendly, enthusiastic and a good team worker. This is a full-time position. Your role as a trainee dental nurse would include preparing and maintaining the clinical environment, charting during examinations, preparing and mixing materials, and providing support to patients during treatment. We have a dedicated sterilisation room in which you will also be trained to operate. You will gain experience working with the reception team, taking telephone calls and booking appointments as well as taking payments.
