Hey, as most of you saw we put a post up regarding face masks not being required.

We were notified yesterday by NHS England that due to the rise again we are advising our patients if they could wear a face mask when entering the practice unless you are exempt.
You may be asked on reception upon arrival, if you do not have one then there will be one available for you but if possible bring your own

We would like to thank all our lovely patients for being so understanding through covid times

We are now back working as normal!
Our door is now open, face masks are no longer required to be worn unless you wish to, that is perfectly fine!
We can't wait to see all our regulars and see everyone's smiles

To all of our patients

We are happy to say that we are now able to once again offer appointments for your routine Dental Examinations, at the practice.

We have been sending out some reminders, however if you would like to make an appointment please give the practice a call on 01922 475177 and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Due to Covid-19 we have had to take steps to ensure both your safety and that of our team, so when you come along to see us here at Bloxwich Dental Centre; this is how you can help us:

β€’ With the exception of children and patients with carers, patients should come alone
β€’ Please wear a face covering, unless exempt for medical reasons
β€’ Please use the hand sanitisers provided
β€’ A distance of at least 2 metres must be observed if another patient is present in the dental practice
β€’ Payment should be made by card where possible
β€’ Please do arrive on time for your appointment
β€’ Please do not arrive without an appointment

Important notice for our patients

From Monday15th June we are happy to report that will be in a position to see our patients face to face once again.

However; due to social distancing measures and our enhanced infection control we will be limited in the amount of patients we are able to see at the moment.
Our priority as always is to offer you the very best care in the safest environment.

Due to the limited appointments available, initially, we will be seeing URGENT cases and not routine dental treatments

We will be continuing with the telephone consultation that we have been providing for you over the past few weeks, this will help enhance the service we provide to you.

It will take some time before services return to what you previously experienced as normal but we will keep you all updated with any changes here on Facebook.

When you come along to see us here at Bloxwich Dental Centre this is how you can help us:

To all patients,
In order to slow the spread of Coronavirus and on the advice of the chief dental officer, we are now only able to deal with the most urgent emergencies. However our staff welcomes your calls even if at this stage we are only able to offer advice and basic assistance. In the coming days we hope to be able to give you more information regarding dental emergency provision in our area, as soon as we get this information rest assured we will ensure that we are on hand to take your calls and redirect you as required. Please don’t forget we are still here for all of our patients so if you do have any concerns please call and speak to us during office hours.
Out of hours please call the practice number and listen to our answering machine message.
