‼️UPDATE 23/1‼️

The computer system is still down and is not expected to be fixed before Monday afternoon. We have a phone divert in place, but only one line is available. This means it may take longer than usual to get through to the practice. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will do our best to accommodate as many appointments as we can. Please be kind to the team 💙.

Unfortunately, our computer system has gone down and we are currently unable to access any appointment books or patient records. An engineer is due to attend tomorrow. However, we are unsure how long the repair may take.
Please be mindful that this may impact your appointments over the next few days. It may be helpful to call before making your journey, in case the dentist needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
The reception team will do their best to manage the situation, but you will appreciate that this is extremely difficult without access to any information.
We kindly ask that you wait until this issue has been resolved before calling the practice to rearrange or check any routine appointment times.

As we approach the festive period, I would like to share the practice opening hours. Please be aware that the emergency service in place during Christmas and New Year is for severe dental emergencies only. Routine issues, such as lost fillings and broken teeth, will be scheduled for the New Year.
